Non Emergencies
For non emergencies please report any issues though the maintenance link on this website, this can be accessed by clicking on MAINTAINANCE under the TENANTS tab on the home page.

Please reply to the questions asked and provide a detailed description of the issue and we will contact you to arrange repairs.

Emergencies
In the event of an genuine emergency please call us on the main office number 0161 834 0801, if your call is out of usual office hours you will be given instructions on how to contact our emergency out of hours team.

In the event of a Gas Leak;
Evacuate the property immediately and call the Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999 to report the incident.

Don't go back into the property; wait for advice from the emergency services, then call us.
